Located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings, this fully renovated condo features luxury vinyl plank flooring and an open floor plan. The wonderfully renovated kitchen offers modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a quartz island with a breakfast bar seating four, plus a main dining table. The main living area includes comfortable seating around an electric fireplace and a flat screen television. Step out to the private deck to take in the surrounding mountain views. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. A washer/dryer combo is available in the unit for small loads.
