Located in one of the oldest houses in the hamlet, dating from the nineteenth century, the accommodation has a history that makes it so charming. The duplex was once located in the old stables. We wanted to preserve the soul and character of the place while transforming it into a comfortable, modern and warm space.

🏡 The accommodations are now an independent extension of our main residence. Access to the property is via a courtyard shared with our main residence. Once in the courtyard, the duplex has its own individual entrance, allowing you to take full advantage of your independence.

In order to preserve everyone's privacy, the courtyard and the garden, with the exception of the space necessary for access to the accommodation, are reserved for our private use and are not accessible to travelers.

To facilitate your arrival, a key box is available and allows you to arrive independently, depending on the organization of your stay.

🛋️ On the first floor, you will discover a pleasant living room with kitchen, dining room and living room.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare your meals on site. You will find a hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs.

On the living room side, you can relax in front of the TV or enjoy the sofa bed, which comfortably sleeps 2 additional people.

A cupboard is also available to store your belongings.

🛏️ Upstairs, you will find a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a dressing room to easily store your clothes and personal belongings.

The bathroom is also upstairs and has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

You will also find a washing machine, a towel dryer and a drying rack.

🔥 During the cool seasons, the pellet stove brings a warm and pleasant atmosphere to the living room. It is managed directly by us remotely, to ensure optimal comfort.

Depending on the length of your stay, filling or cleaning may be necessary. If an intervention is to take place, we will systematically notify you in advance in order to agree with you on the most suitable time to respect your peace of mind as much as possible.

🧺 We provide you with the main essentials so that you can put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay immediately: bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, detergent pods, oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee and sugar.

For everyone's safety, surveillance cameras are installed in the courtyard and garden.

🚲 An ideal starting point for bike rides
The Voie Verte and the Voie des Vignes are easily accessible by bike from the accommodation, which will allow you to go directly to discover the Burgundy landscapes without having to take the car again.

If you are travelling with your own bikes, we can also store them in a covered area in the courtyard, sheltered during your stay.

The accommodations are ideally located to discover the riches of Burgundy, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a village.
