The living room can also be transformed into a sleeping area with a sofa bed for two guests and a 90 cm armchair bed for one guest.

There are three additional shared bathrooms, including two with showers and one with a shower and WC, as well as two separate WCs. The layout provides convenient bathroom facilities for larger groups while maintaining privacy for guests staying in the two en-suite bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, combination microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, and other essentials needed to prepare meals at home. To preserve the apartment and respect the historic building and its neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no music is permitted during these hours. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or anywhere within the building. Only registered guests who have provided valid identification may access the apartment, and events or professional photo and video shoots are not permitted.

All adult guests are required to provide valid identification. Lost keys are subject to a €190 replacement fee. Professional cleaning is carried out before arrival and after departure, and guests are expected to take care of the apartment during their stay. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply in the event of damage or non-compliance with the house rules.
