Important Note: The company does not accept groups of young people or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
Enjoy a relaxing stay in this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, located in the popular Vera Mar 5 residential complex in Vera Playa. Just a short walk from the beach, this gated community features a communal pool and private parking. The apartment offers comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a private terrace. Restaurants, beach bars, and amenities are nearby, with Vera, Garrucha, and Mojácar just a short distance away.
Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Key pickup is available from a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, crib rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.
Access Rights
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purpose of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
Rentmojacar and its representatives are not liable for any circumstances beyond their control, including, among others, mechanical breakdowns, illness, draining the pool for necessary maintenance, closure of the pool by the homeowners’ association, or failure in the provision of any public service.
