This very modern and lovingly furnished vacation home? in Lillesand—in Groß Schwansee—offers spacious accommodations for up to 6 people with a living area of 115 square meters. Featuring clean lines and stylish furniture, the bright living/dining area welcomes you with a cozy sofa and an open wooden beam ceiling. During the cooler months, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove after long walks on the beach. Of course, a TV, DVD player, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi are also available here. From the living area, you can step out onto the first large terrace and into the garden. The open kitchen, integrated into the living space, is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. From the kitchen area, with its large dining table, you can step out onto the second, partially covered terrace. The private sauna cabin, complete with a shower room and access to the terrace, is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find three modern bedrooms: 1 double bed (160 x 140 cm), 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm), and 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm) that can be converted into a double bed. This room also features a loft area that can be used as a play area for children. Each bedroom is equipped with a television. One of the bedrooms even has a walk-in closet. The second modern bathroom, complete with a bathtub, is located on the upper floor. Located just 800 meters from the beach, this house is ideal for families with children and is also equipped with: a handcart, a stair gate, a Bobby Car, and a balance bike. Two free parking spaces are available for your cars, and there is an electric vehicle charging station in the driveway (22 kW fast-charging station, compatible with Type 1 and 2 connectors, cable not included).
