About this house rental
**Step into something special at the Hamilton Porter Estate Barn — a beautifully renovated historic barn nestled in the heart of Cooperstown, New York.**
This spacious, character-filled property sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for group getaways, baseball weekend trips, wedding parties, or anyone looking for an upstate New York escape done right.
The barn has been thoughtfully updated to offer all the comforts of home without losing an ounce of its original charm. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and plenty of room for your group to spread out and settle in. Outside, unwind in the hot tub, and take in the peaceful, quiet surroundings that make Cooperstown such a beloved destination.
**Sleeping arrangements:**
- Bedroom 1: King bed + Day bed and trundle = Sleeps 4
- Bedroom 2: King bed + Day bed and trundle = Sleeps 4
- Bedroom 3: King bed = Sleeps 2 (Last 2 bedrooms must walk through the bedroom to access their rooms)
- Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (must walk through upstairs king bedroom to access) = Sleeps 2
