Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, a family getaway or simply some sunshine and time to unwind, Olivia is a lovely place to enjoy your stay in beautiful Torrevieja. And the best part? The beach is just around 50 metres away!
You can reach Playa del Acequion and Playa de los Naufragos (Blue Flag awarded) within just a couple of minutes. Enjoy a morning swim, relax on the beach during the day or take an evening stroll along the Mediterranean coast. The beautiful seafront promenade is also only around 15 minutes' walk away.
Apartment Olivia has been prepared with comfort and relaxation in mind. It has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living and dining area also has a sofa bed which converts into a double bed.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it a great choice for families or friends travelling together.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, so you can simply arrive, unpack and start enjoying your holiday.
The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a carefree and relaxing holiday by the sea, including: Air conditioning, free fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen Smart TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, beach folding chairs, umbrella, beach mat. Fully equipped kitchen: Induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine
And when you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of lovely bars, cafés and restaurants nearby.
You will also find a local bakery, butcher, Dialprix minimarket and pharmacy within easy walking distance, making everyday shopping nice and convenient.
We are also happy to welcome guests staying for longer periods. Any reservation of more than 21 days is considered a long-term stay.
For long-term bookings, water is charged at a fixed rate of €1 per day, while electricity is calculated according to actual consumption and paid at check-out.
Long-term stays are available from October until the end of April.

A €250 security deposit is required upon arrival. It is fully refundable at check-out, provided there is no damage to the apartment.
