Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties are not permitted and music played outside must be kept to a minimum, especially in the evening.

The swimming pool is secured by an alarm that complies with current regulations.
However, it does not have a protective barrier, so vigilance and supervision of children is essential at all times.
The swimming pool is not heated.

- Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
- Basic toiletries are provided on arrival but are not supplied for the entire duration of your stay.
- Security deposit:
A deposit of €2,500 is required on arrival.
