About this apartment rental
Our modern and cozy vacation rental: Relax in our newly furnished vacation rental, which was completed in 2026 and measures approximately 100 m². It can accommodate up to six people. Out of consideration for guests with pet dander allergies, pets are not allowed in our vacation rental. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed. There is also a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) available in the living room. Bedding is included. Both bedrooms and the living room also feature a Smart SAT TV with internet access, allowing you to use your own accounts for services such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a fully automatic coffee machine with coffee beans, a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, a small selection of tea, and a basic supply of items such as salt, pepper, dish soap, dish towels, and paper towels. The two bar stools in the kitchen are perfect for a light breakfast, a cup of coffee, or a snack. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. Towels are included. You can simply unwind or relax and wind down the evening in the sunroom. From there, you also have access to your own small, green garden area. The parking space is located right next to the vacation rental, and there is a covered area for bicycles. Final cleaning is included. The deposit is 100% of the nightly rate. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: The tourist tax of 2 EUR per person (ages 18 and older) per night will be charged additionally on-site. The tourist tax for youths aged 14–17 is 1.50 EUR per person per night. For direct payments to the host, you will receive a separate email with the relevant payment details and the recipient’s account information. The deposit is typically 20% of the total price and is due immediately. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib can be provided upon request, subject to current availability, for a one-time fee of 5 EUR per stay.
