It offers wonderful views of the famous Plaza de Uncibay, one of the city’s most vibrant spots, surrounded by restaurants, shops and places of interest. Only 3 minutes’ walk from the Picasso Museum. It has two bedrooms (equipped with strong double-glazed windows to reduce noise), a bathroom, a kitchen with a sunny balcony, and a living-dining room with a large picture window. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating.

Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is around 17 minutes on foot, allowing quick access to the airport.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in the historic center, close to bars and clubs. Although the bedrooms have strong double-glazed windows that block noise very effectively, they may not be sufficient for extremely noise-sensitive people.
ELEVATOR: The building has an elevator, but there are a few steps to reach it, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including at the windows. Smoking is permitted only on the kitchen balcony.
CHECK-IN: Arrival from 3:00 p.m., but we will do our best to welcome guests at their preferred time upon request.
PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s well-being and any damage caused. House and community rules must be observed. A cleaning fee of €20 per pet will be charged on arrival. We can provide a bed and food/water bowls upon request.
