At 141 m² including two balconies, there is room to spread out: an open-plan living and dining area with a full kitchen and laundry, a master suite with its own balcony, ensuite and walk-in robe, and two further bedrooms sharing the main bathroom. Everything has been recently renovated with modern finishes throughout. The dual-key configuration means the master wing and the main apartment can be closed off from each other, so two couples, or parents and older children, each get their own space and privacy. Free Wi-Fi throughout. Please note the apartment sleeps six; there are no additional sofa or rollaway beds.

You have the whole apartment to yourselves, plus full use of the Chevron Renaissance resort facilities: the "Beaches in the Sky" lagoon pool, a 25 m indoor heated lap pool, an outdoor lap pool, heated spas, sauna and steam room, a fully equipped gym, BBQ and entertaining areas, tropical gardens, a games room, a private cinema, and a children's playground. One secure undercover car space is included. A digital access code is sent before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in from 2:00 pm; check-out is 10:00 am.



The Neighborhood:

You're perfectly positioned to explore everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. Walk to the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach, browse the shops and cafés along Cavill Avenue Mall, or catch the light rail to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The building has direct access to the Chevron Renaissance shopping centre below, with a supermarket, restaurants and bars at your feet. Nearby attractions include the Q1 observation deck, the Surfers Paradise beachfront markets (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings), and a short drive to Sea World, Dreamworld and Warner Bros. Movie World.



Getting Around:

The Surfers Paradise light rail stop is a few minutes' walk, connecting you to Broadbeach, Southport and Helensvale (with heavy rail to Brisbane). Gold Coast Airport is about 30 minutes by car; Brisbane Airport about 75 minutes. Most of Surfers Paradise is walkable from the door.
