* No parties or events. Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* No smoking or vaping inside the house.
* Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet cleaning fee of $30 per pet, per night applies. Please clean up after your pets and do not leave them unattended in the house.
* Please treat the furniture, appliances, and outdoor areas with care. Let us know promptly if anything breaks or needs attention.
* Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is running, and lock the house whenever you leave.
* Please rinse off sand before entering the house and avoid putting sandy items in the washer or dryer.
* Children must be supervised on the stairs and outdoor decks.
* At checkout, place trash in the designated bins, wash used dishes, and return the key to the lockbox. Please leave the house by the checkout time shown in your reservation.
