Whether you’re here for a Mariners game or a concert at one of the nearby venues or for work visit, you’ll find comfort and convenience in every corner. This spacious house comfortably accommodates 10 guests, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind with family or friends after a day of exciting events. Guest access
Enjoy unrestricted access to the entire property with private entrance, excluding the owners' closet in the hallway (which remains locked). Make yourself at home and soak up the tranquility!

Your private smart lock code will be activated at 4 pm check-in, ensuring seamless entry.

Our doorbell camera provides added security and support. Backyard camera provides security for alley access. Call/text us with any lock issues.

Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a charge through platform resolution where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

There is a front door security camera and backyard camera facing outside to ensure safety of the guests and the house.

Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury that happens in the house and backyard area.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay.

Smoking, vaping, and any controlled substances (including marijuana) are not permitted on the property. Fines: $500

We hold any items left behind for 7 days after checkout. If we do not hear from the guest within this period, items will be disposed of.

No Shoes Inside - Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!

MailboxAccess - package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!

No parties are allowed in the premises. Fines can be applied for not following house rules.
