The spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished CASA PEDUM vacation rental offers approximately 100 square meters of living space.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, which consists of only 4 residential units.
The building is situated in a central yet quiet location in Magognino, just 4 km from the famous resort town of Stresa.
The apartment is accessed via a staircase on the 2nd floor and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences and a dining table for 6 people, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and access to a covered terrace from which you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountain landscape.
Even in bad weather, the terrace offers the opportunity to dine outdoors and enjoy the beautiful view!
In the panoramic view of the mountains, you can make out the summit of Mount PEDUM (approx. 2,100 m), after which the property is named!
FREE Wi-Fi is available to guests!
Thanks to a recent renovation, everything is in like-new and well-maintained condition.
The rooms are bright and cozy.
From all rooms, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, the quiet village of Magognino, and the surrounding nature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style refrigerator, a three-compartment freezer, a dishwasher, a gas stove, an oven, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Ample free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity, just a few meters from CASA PEDUM.
A private parking space and a private garden area next to the house with a grill round out the amenities.
Numerous hiking trails lead from the vacation home into the surrounding nature, and all attractions are within easy reach.

Beautiful views of Lago Maggiore and a comfortable apartment. Lovely host, Alessandra. The only drawback was that you are high up above Stresa, along 6km of narrow winding roads. This is Italy of course; houses were there before the cars.

I stayed in CASA PEDUM one week in May with my husband and daughter. We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and it was lovely to have two bathrooms. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The location is good, if you have a car; it is close to Stresa and a perfect base to explore the lake from.

The property is set in a little village about 10 minutes drive or an hours walk from Stresa. Lovely surroundings and a superb view. The roads can be narrow and some of the bends are sharp but once you are there it’s very relaxing. Communication with the host was quick and efficient and the owner met us for check in and check out.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We are a family of five and there was enough space for all of us, and the two bathrooms were very welcome.
The kitchen is well equipped and clean.
It was also very handy to park outside.
The views over the lake from the outside terrace were lovely and made a great place to eat.
It was extremely hot when we stayed (35C during they day, and 30C at night) and there were two fans provided which were very welcome. It would be even better if there were three (ie one per room). Also there are several flights of stairs to get to the front door - this was no problem for us but should be considered if you have mobility issues.
The village is very small and is a short drive from the local shops and from Stresa.
Overall we would recommend this as a place to stay and explore Lake Maggiore
