This stone house of character is located in a valley at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the commune of Brantes (charming village of the Vaucluse on the borders of the Drôme Provençale) in the middle of a garden of 1200 m² fully fenced enjoying a breathtaking view of the Mont Ventoux and the hilltop village of Brantes.
A few steps from the forest of Mont Ventoux, you can recharge your batteries in this very peaceful place.
In the house, you will have:
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a view of the hilltop village
- 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds easily twinned with a view of the Mont Ventoux
- 1 living room TV area with a sofa bed and a desk
- 1 living room including a dining area with a large table and a fully equipped kitchen area
- 1 bathroom with a shower and a double sink unit
- 2 separate toilets, one next to each bedroom
In the garden, you will have a relaxation area but also a restaurant area in the shade of a hundred-year-old lime tree while enjoying an exceptional panorama.
Garage shelter against the house for your vehicle.
Possibility to store and charge your bikes in the locked garage.
The cleaning fee of 100 € is optional but a check will be carried out during the inventory of fixtures at the start.
Only 10 minutes walk from the house, you can either walk in the forest of Mont Ventoux or follow the river below.
