Summary:
Enjoy this cute, private, updated home in a wonderful neighborhood just steps to Nichols Hills. Close to everything (minutes from all highways, 15 minutes to downtown OKC, 15 minutes to downtown Edmond, 5 minutes to Classen Curve) and surrounded by dozens of wonderful, dining, drinking, and shopping options, yet nestled in a quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood. Whole foods, high end stores, and beautiful parks are less than 2 miles away. All modern utilities, huge TVs, great kitchen and patio!
The Space:
This lovely home was recently remodeled with an all new kitchen, new bathrooms, all new plumbing, high efficiency HVAC and insulation, refinished floors and paint! You don't have to sacrifice anything. Stays warm in winter and cool in summer. High end appliances and laundry. Huge TVs in the living room and primary. Smaller TV in one of the guest rooms.
Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood right by the OKC Country Club and Nichols hills (less than 500 yards). All the neighbors are great and everyone walks, bikes and jogs the neighborhood.
We live two blocks away, and this is our favorite area in OKC. It is so convenient to everything you would want to do without having to deal with safety issues, traffic, or city noise. The location is ideal.
The home is three bedrooms and two large full bathrooms.
Enjoy the fully fenced, private backyard and covered patio with a TV and a gas grill. Relax on the patio furniture and enjoy coffee or a cocktail while watching the game or enjoying a good book.
The house has driveway parking and the house is set back from the street.
Stay a couple days, or a couple weeks, this is the perfect base for your Oklahoma City adventures!

Other Things to Note:
Check in is with the smart lock on the front door. We send the code to you around 9:00 am on the morning of your check in.
Check out is simple: load and start the dishwasher, leave beds alone (we strip them), and take out the trash. If you have the time to start a load of towels we appreciate it, but its not mandatory.
Interaction with Guests:
You can call us if needed, but we have a local team that helps us respond immediately to questions or issues, so messaging in the app is the best (and fastest) way for us all to see your message.
