Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Our lovingly and brightly decorated, non-smoking vacation apartment (55 square meters, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, shower/toilet, balcony with table and chairs, max. 5 guests) offers a great view along with pure relaxation and tranquility. The balcony has plenty of space to enjoy the magnificent view of Sellin all the way to Lake Sellin.

The property is situated in a quiet location on a hill in the center of Sellin. It’s only about 800 m to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, where our vacation rental is located, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring beautiful, unspoiled nature. Restaurants, shopping, and recreational facilities are all within easy walking distance. Bicycle and hiking trails run right past the property.
Storage space is available for bicycles you bring with you. 
Upon your arrival, fresh towels will be provided for an additional fee, and the beds will already be made with linens. Please request this during the booking process if desired. You can find further details in the detailed description of the vacation rental.
A parking space is available free of charge right next to the house. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request. The public transit bus stop is approximately 200 meters away.

Quiet 3-room vacation apartment in Sellin with a balcony:

The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building and is accessible via a separate staircase in the hallway. It is approximately 55 square meters in size, accommodates up to 5 guests, and has been lovingly furnished. 

The living room features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs with a table, and a smart TV. There is also a dining table with chairs here.
The kitchenette is very well equipped with a stove, range hood, microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator.
The first bedroom is located on the loft (accessible via a spiral staircase) and features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe. There is also a daybed here for an additional guest. The second bedroom features two single beds with nightstands and a closet, as well as another smart TV.
A small travel crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. 
From the balcony, furnished with patio furniture, guests in this vacation rental can enjoy a magnificent view of Sellin all the way to Lake Sellin.
