**Community Registration Requirement**

To ensure a smooth arrival, the gated community requires all adult guests to be registered with security prior to check in. Please provide a photo of the passport or Dominican cédula for each adult guest **at least 24 hours before your arrival**. This information will be submitted to the community`s security office to allow sufficient time for processing and authorization, helping to prevent any delays at the entrance gate.

**Please Note**

The round tub in the pool is intended as a soaking tub only. While it was originally designed as a jacuzzi, the jets and heating system are no longer operational. Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy it as a refreshing place to soak, but please note that it does **not** provide bubbles or heated water.

Electricity is included with your stay. We simply ask that you help us use it responsibly. When leaving the villa or spending time outside, please turn off the air conditioning in rooms that are not being used.

You can turn the AC back on when you re enter the space. The air conditioners are efficient and will cool the room down again very quickly.

Responsible electricity use helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption and allows us to continue offering electricity as an included amenity for future guests. We truly appreciate your help!
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or near open doors. Smoking and vaping are permitted outside. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking or vaping to prevent smoke from entering the property.

Electricity is included with your stay. We appreciate your help in conserving energy and reducing unnecessary electricity use. Please turn off air conditioners when leaving the property and when rooms are not being used. When using the air conditioning, please keep doors and windows closed. These small steps help reduce energy consumption and are better for the environment.

Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.

At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the property and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.
