"Traummomente" Vacation Townhouse—Arrive, relax, and experience "dream moments." A beautiful new vacation townhouse in Tossens on the North Sea.
Tossens is located on the Butjadingen Peninsula. The nearest supermarket, with a bakery and restaurant, is 150 meters away. There are additional shops and restaurants along the way to the beach (1.3 km).
The house is also ideal for short getaways, as the distance to North Rhine-Westphalia is relatively short. Please inquire about rates for short stays.

New, beautiful row house in Tossens on the North Sea, with a magnificent view of the dike
The modern living and dining room features a comfortable couch, a wood-burning stove for cozy moments even when the weather is bad, as well as a large dining table with 4 swing chairs and a high chair. There’s room for everyone here!
A Smart TV, a radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment.
The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle) and perfect for cozy family cooking evenings.
The first bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), a 3-door wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m), a 2-door wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Sweet dreams are guaranteed here.
The modern bathroom features a rain shower.
In the sauna, you can relax and unwind.
There is also a guest restroom with a sink and a washing machine.
The large terrace is perfect for a cozy breakfast and lovely barbecue evenings.
On the balcony, you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset and the stunning, sweeping view.
Two parking spaces are available for our guests, along with a place to store bicycles.
On-site costs: Final cleaning is included in the price. Utilities are billed based on usage (electricity: 0.40 € per kW/h, gas: 1 € per m³, water: 5 € per m³). Bed linens can be booked through the property manager for 15 € per person; towels for 4 €. A security deposit of 100 € is required.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
