The house is built on split levels, with the bedrooms located on the top floor. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a door leading out to the balcony, where you can take in a stunning panoramic view of the sea. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed, making it ideal for children or family members sharing a room. On the entrance level, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower. A few steps down, you will find a simple yet well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the wooden deck. The kitchen is set up for self-catering with an induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and microwave—everything you need to prepare and enjoy your holiday meals. The large, fenced terrace right next to the pool is the perfect gathering spot for both lazy days and pleasant evenings, featuring comfortable outdoor furniture, an electric grill, and a parasol to provide welcome shade on the hottest days.
