Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM, with keys collected at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available throughout, ideal for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
*Please note: construction works are currently taking place across the Maltese islands, and some disturbance may be expected during working hours.
The Space:
Welcome to this stunning 180 sqm, 3-bedroom townhouse, spread across the 1st to 4th floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Old Mint Street in the heart of Valletta. The townhouse is professionally cleaned before every arrival, so you can settle in straight away.
Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 – 1 double bed; Bedroom 2 – 1 double bed; Living Room – 1 double sofa bed; Studio Room – 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed.
The townhouse has 3 bathrooms spread across the floors — two with a shower/bathtub, and the third with a shower only.
The living area is a great space to unwind, furnished with a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs.
There is also a private rooftop terrace and a small balcony (smoking is not allowed on either).
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a fridge, oven, microwave, stove, drip coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 9 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment, the rooftop terrace and the small balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Here you can wander the city's characteristic narrow alleys, admire the Great Harbour, or stroll through Valletta's beautiful gardens, such as the Upper Barrakka Gardens or Hastings Gardens. From your own rooftop terrace, you can enjoy views over the city's rooftops and out toward the harbor — the perfect base from which to explore Malta's rich history, landscapes, and culture.
Other popular areas of the island, like St. Julian's and Spinola Bay, along with Malta's best beaches, are easily reached by public bus or rental car. You'll also find plenty of opportunities to try out water sports or take an excursion to the neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino. Valletta is an enchanting place, essential for understanding the history and soul of the Mediterranean.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.
*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a €90 check-in fee. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
