Unwind in the private hot tub & indoor sauna, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the game room with pool, air hockey & foosball. Minutes from historic Harpers Ferry, scenic hiking, foliage, wineries & breweries. Come for the views, stay for the memorable experience!
The space
The View is a spacious 3-story retreat designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy Harpers Ferry. Unwind in the private hot tub, recharge in the indoor sauna, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the game room with pool, air hockey, and foosball.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 king bedrooms, a dedicated bunk room with 4 twin beds, sofa bed and 3 full bathrooms—an ideal setup for multiple families or groups traveling together. Each king bedroom has its own Smart Roku TV, with an additional Smart Roku TV in the main living room. Two floor mattresses available if required.
Enjoy multiple decks overlooking the river and mountains, a fully equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, multiple living spaces, and plenty of room to spread out.

Check-in is any time after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. You can access The View through self-check-in with the keypad at the front porch door. Front door code will be provided before trip starts
Guests have private access to the entire home and its amenities during their stay, including all 3 levels, the hot tub, sauna, game room, decks, fire pit, grill and outdoor spaces.
Self check-in makes arrival easy and convenient. Free private parking is available on the property.
The View is yours to enjoy—settle in, spread out and make yourself at home.
Other things to note
A few things to know before your stay:
• The View is located in a peaceful mountain and river setting. You may encounter local wildlife, including deer and occasionally bears. Please enjoy wildlife from a safe distance and do not leave food or trash outside.
• The property is not fully fenced. Children and pets should be supervised outdoors.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. We ask that guests respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings.
• Mountain weather can change quickly, particularly during winter. We recommend checking conditions before traveling and using an appropriate vehicle during snow or ice.
• As with any rural/mountain property, severe weather may occasionally affect power, internet or other utilities. These situations are uncommon and may be outside the host’s control.
• Exterior security cameras are present for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
• Please review the full House Rules before booking, including policies regarding parties, smoking, pets and registered guests.
