The Space:

Designed for families, Udara 1A offers four comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of room to settle in. The primary bedroom features a King bed, walk-in closet and direct ocean views. Each of the three guest bedrooms has two Queen beds. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV, so guests can sign in to their favorite streaming apps, and A/C in every room keeps the entire condo comfortable.



The open living area connects naturally with the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. An in-unit laundry center makes longer stays easy and convenient.



One of the highlights of the condo is the spacious ocean-facing balcony. With an outdoor dining table for up to 8 and a comfortable sofa, it is an inviting place for morning coffee, relaxed meals or time together after a day at the beach. Located on the first floor with nothing blocking the view, the balcony looks directly toward the ocean and all the way down to the beach.

Udara is located in Bucerías, one of the most inviting beach towns along Banderas Bay. The area combines a relaxed coastal atmosphere with easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops and local favorites.

The property is well positioned for guests who want to enjoy the beach while still being close to the energy of Bucerías and its Golden Zone. Spend the day by the water, explore local restaurants or enjoy an evening walk through town before returning to your ocean-view retreat.



Getting Around:

Many restaurants, cafés and local attractions in Bucerías can be reached easily from the area.

For destinations farther away, taxis and local transportation are readily available.

Guests arriving by car have access to one complimentary parking space within the development. Parking is not assigned.

An elevator provides convenient access to the condo.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo.

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and building rules at all times.

Smart TVs are available in every bedroom. Guests may sign in to their own streaming accounts during their stay.

One on-site parking space is available per reservation and is not assigned.
