Summary:
Enjoy staying in the heart of Valletta in this unique 2-bedroom, 100 sqm apartment, spread across the 1st and 2nd floors of a residential building without an elevator. Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with the platform's policies.
*Please note: construction works are currently taking place across the Maltese islands, and some disturbance may be expected during working hours.
The Space:
This property is one of two apartments within the same historic building. Book both to have the entire house to yourself - just message us about availability and details for the second apartment.
*When sending an inquiry or placing a booking request, please include as many details about yourself and the people you are traveling with. What brings you to the city? Have you read through the strict flat policies and do you intend to respect them? Remember a fully-refundable €800 damage deposit will be held to cover damage, breakage of rules, loss of keys, etc.* 5 guests maximum including children and infants.
Property Details:
This 100 sqm apartment is located on the first and second floors. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining, or home office area, furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining table with chairs. Wi-Fi is included, making the apartment suitable for working from home and video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. This property does not have a washing machine, but there is a laundromat nearby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom are also available.
The studio area is street-facing and furnished with a queen-size bed. The second, separate bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, but no window.
Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with bath towels for each guest. The flat has two en-suite bathrooms, each with a shower or bathtub, toilet, and sink, plus a hair dryer and complimentary toilet paper and hand soap to start your stay.
Guest safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 5 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
This flat is located in Malta's capital city, right in the historical and cultural heart of the island. You're steps from architectural treasures that tell the story of Valletta's baroque past, from grand palaces and churches to fortified bastions overlooking the Grand Harbour.
Here you can wander the city's characteristic narrow alleys, admire the Great Harbour, or stroll through Valletta's beautiful gardens, such as the Upper Barrakka Gardens or Hastings Gardens. This is the perfect base from which to explore Malta's rich history, landscapes, and culture.
Other popular areas of the island, like St. Julian's and Spinola Bay, along with Malta's best beaches, are easily reached by public bus or rental car. You'll also find plenty of opportunities to try out water sports or take an excursion to the neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino. Valletta is an enchanting place, essential for understanding the history and soul of the Mediterranean.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.
*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a €90 check-in fee. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
