🪪 ID Verification
For security and building compliance, all guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID after booking and before check-in. Please send this securely through Airbnb Messages. Check-in instructions will be provided once verification has been completed.

🔑Key Collection
Please note that keys are collected from a secure key partner located approximately a 1-minute walk (11 m) from the apartment. Check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.
One set of keys is provided per stay. A second set may be available for an additional service fee.

Please ensure keys are carried with you at all times, we are independently operated, any lost or unreturned keys will incur a $300 replacement fee.

📖 Welcome Book
A digital welcome book with step-by-step check-in instructions, images, and helpful local tips will be sent one day prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check-in and enjoyable stay.

🧹 House Keeping
The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay.
If you’re staying for an extended period, additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee (subject to availability).

⏰ Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed, particularly when we have same-day arrivals or departures.

If you require guaranteed early access or a later departure, we recommend booking the night before or after (subject to availability).

Unauthorised check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur an additional night’s charge.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Nearby services such as LuggageHero, Radical Storage and Stasher offer secure luggage storage options within the CBD.

🌿 Sustainability & Starter Supplies
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we provide refillable Australian-made shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with environmentally conscious cleaning products throughout the apartment.

To help reduce waste, a starter supply of essentials is provided for your arrival, including:

• Fresh towels and hotel-quality linen for all registered guests
• Refillable toiletries
• Tea, coffee, sugar and milk
• Laundry detergent
• A starter supply of toilet paper and bin liners

As the apartment is self-contained, these consumable items are not replenished during your stay. Should you require additional supplies, they can be purchased locally or, where possible, we may be able to arrange additional items for a service fee.

Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests so we can prepare sufficient linen and amenities.

🌆 City Living
Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, the apartment enjoys an unbeatable central location. As with most inner-city accommodation, some traffic or city noise may occasionally be heard, particularly with balcony doors open. Double-glazed windows help minimise outside noise when closed.
From time to time, nearby building or construction works may also occur. While these are outside our control, we appreciate your understanding.

🛠 Maintenance
Occasionally, routine building maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. We’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
If you notice anything requiring attention, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

⚠ Additional Information
• For security reasons, we cannot accept deliveries before your arrival or after your departure.
• The host is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
• We reserve the right to end a reservation without refund in cases of illegal activity, property damage, unauthorised parties or serious breaches of the house rules.
