Enter through your private entrance into a functional mountain-ready foyer with coat hooks, a wooden bench and dedicated space for ski boots, winter gear and outdoor equipment. It is a convenient place to unload after a day on the mountain before settling into the rest of the home.



From the entry, a central split-level staircase connects the different floors of the property. Warm wood-paneled walls and natural finishes immediately introduce the classic mountain character found throughout the home.



Continue into the main gathering area, where the living room, kitchen and dining space flow together beneath high wood-plank cathedral ceilings. Warm wood accents and large windows bring natural light into the space while creating an inviting alpine atmosphere.



The living room features a plush modular sectional with plenty of room to relax together after skiing, hiking or exploring the White Mountains. A wall-mounted TV is positioned above the kitchen counter and angled toward the living and dining areas, making it easy to enjoy movie nights or relaxed evenings at home. Large windows provide views of the surrounding natural landscape, while the open layout allows everyone to stay connected whether someone is relaxing on the sofa, preparing dinner or gathering around the dining table.



The full-size kitchen opens directly to the living and dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals without feeling separated from the group.

With three bedrooms distributed throughout the home's different levels, the layout provides comfortable sleeping arrangements along with added separation for families and groups traveling together.

Please note that the home does not have air conditioning. Fans are available for guest use. The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older, and a valid ID may be required upon request. No pets are permitted. Events and parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and cleaning. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $250 fee and extra guests beyond the confirmed reservation count will be charged $50 per person, per night. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request based on the cleaning schedule.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the home during their reservation, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, private deck and guest-accessible amenities provided for the stay.



Two dedicated parking spaces are available directly in front of the property.

Downtown Lincoln is approximately a 5-minute drive away, where you'll find restaurants, shops, groceries and local attractions.
