Our smart lock provides a smooth, contactless self-check-in experience through your own private entrance. Enjoy full access to the entire apartment during your stay.

We are always available via message, text, or phone call and have a great local team nearby to assist in the case of emergencies.

✔ This is a residential neighbourhood — please be mindful of the noise curfew between 10pm–8am.
✔ No events, parties, gatherings, or unauthorized guests permitted.

✦ EXTRA GUEST FEES ✦
A fee of $15 per guest per day applies beyond 4 guests. This helps cover the added costs of utilities, supplies, and cleaning to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking to avoid any adjustments later on.

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT FEES ✦
Our check-in and check-out times are firm to allow for a thorough cleaning, but we can offer up to 1 hour of flexibility if needed. A fee of $10 (or $20 for both early check-in and late check-out) will apply. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaning team.

✦ LOST KEYS ✦
If keys or fobs are lost, stolen, or temporarily misplaced and we need to provide access to the unit, a $100 lockout fee will apply. If replacements are also required, an additional $100 replacement fee will be charged, for a total of $200.

Please remember that this is our home, not a hotel, so we kindly ask that you treat it with respect. If any issues arise during your stay, we'll do our best to address them as quickly as possible — please note that no one lives on-site 24/7.

We're always working to improve the property to make your stay more enjoyable. From time to time you may notice new additions or small changes, so the space may look slightly different from the photos.
