With 55 square meters of living space, this lovingly designed apartment spans two floors and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation for two or for solo travelers. The apartment impresses with its well-thought-out layout, featuring a total of three rooms, including two cozy bedrooms that ensure restful nights. The centerpiece is the open living area with an integrated kitchen, equipped with a modern ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Here, after an eventful day, you can relax while cooking, enjoy a meal, or wind down the evening on the comfortable sofa while watching a movie on satellite TV. The bathroom features a shower with a tub, complemented by useful amenities such as a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. Of particular note is the private garden area with a beach chair and comfortable patio furniture, which invites you to enjoy the fresh island breeze in a private setting. A private parking space is available for your use. Since a car isn’t strictly necessary here, you can explore the island wonderfully by bike or on foot. You’re just 1,600 meters from the gorgeous sandy beach, while shopping, restaurants, and the town center are only a short 250 to 750 meters away. The Pit apartment is a smoke-free residence where we also ensure a fireworks-free environment—something guests seeking peace and quiet particularly appreciate. Additional comfort is provided by a shared washer and dryer, an ironing board, and Wi-Fi to stay connected to the outside world.
