This stylish 3-bedroom apartment at Maryah Vista offers a bright and welcoming space designed for both comfort and style. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, double size bed and 2 single size bed and built-in wardrobes, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a cozy living area with a smart TV. Guests can also enjoy a private balcony with city and island views, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and private balcony. In addition, the building offers excellent amenities that guests can enjoy during their stay, such as the covered parking, and 24/7 security.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can reach us easily by phone or messaging throughout your stay, and we’ll be happy to assist with any questions, concerns, or recommendations to make your time in Abu Dhabi as comfortable as possible.

The island also hosts Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and the city’s financial district, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. With its waterfront promenade, upscale restaurants, and easy access to Reem Island, Corniche, and Saadiyat, Al Maryah Island is one of the most vibrant and convenient areas in Abu Dhabi.

Guests can easily explore Al Maryah Island and the rest of Abu Dhabi by car, taxi, or ride-hailing apps such as Careem and Uber. The apartment includes free covered parking for those driving. Public buses and taxis are readily available nearby, and most key destinations—such as Reem Island, Corniche, and Saadiyat—are just a short drive away. The central location makes it simple to access shopping, dining, and entertainment on foot, with The Galleria Mall only minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Abu Dhabi Culture & Tourism Department to register you as a guest.

After completing your reservation, you’ll be asked to fill out an online form and sign a short rental agreement as part of the check-in process.
- All guests will be required to share a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.

- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a AED500 fine.

- Pets are allowed.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at AED500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.

- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.

- Checkout is by 11am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a AED100 fee. Please respect our checkout time as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.

- We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It`s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 4 guests with an extra guest fee of AED150/night per guest (with permission from host).

- You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area.

- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

- No parties or events.

- No fireworks of any kind.

- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

- Please no food or drinks on the bed.

- Use all community amenities at your own risk.

- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.

- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.

- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you`re unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.

**We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
