We are a Luxurious villa with significantly lower rental prices than others in the same rank because we don’t precharge electricity like other places do. Normally, electricity is precharged in rental prices for 20-30% which affects the prices to be really expensive. But our policy is to let the guest pay as really used. As a result, the villa is much more affordable and all our guests have really liked it. The rate is collected as really used and as really charged by Thai public organization.

Electricity fee is calculated at 6THB per unit.

5,000 THB cash is collected upon Check In as damage deposit. Unless there are any notable damages to the property, the amount will be returned in full upon Check Out.
