The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Coleford. There is an hob, oven, fridge freezer & microwave.

There is paid parking over the road from the property which is £10 for a full week.

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Stays over 10 nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee of £97. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
