Ocean Bloom is shaped by the meeting of the sea and Cartagena at its most vibrant: rich colors, tropical nature, and local craftsmanship. That identity flows throughout the apartment through art, warm wood, woven fibers, and a palette that draws its blues from the horizon and its brighter accents from the energy of the city.

The experience begins in the living room, where the multicolored sofa and large-format artwork make the social area the heart of Ocean Bloom. Open the doors to the main balcony, feel the breeze, and let the ocean view accompany your time with family or friends. Air conditioning keeps this area comfortable, while the Smart TV lets everyone enjoy a movie or continue watching their favorite content.

The open kitchen remains connected to the group instead of being separated from the living area. Its central island creates a practical place to have breakfast, serve a drink, or gather before heading out. You will find a refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, air fryer, tableware, and utensils for preparing and enjoying meals throughout your stay.

Up to six guests can sleep across three proper bedrooms, each with a double bed, without turning the living room into a sleeping area. The main bedroom includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, storage space, and access to the second balcony, where the view shifts from the sea to Cartagena’s cityscape. Both secondary bedrooms maintain a connection with the ocean through their windows and include fans to keep the air moving.

The apartment offers two full bathrooms with hot water, an especially welcome comfort after returning from the beach or while the group gets ready to explore the city. The washing machine supports longer stays, while 900 Mbps Wi-Fi makes it easy to work, join video calls, or stream content from different areas of the apartment.

Ocean Bloom brings together private spaces for resting, social areas for sharing, and the independence of making the apartment your own. The digital lock simplifies arrival, while every space allows you to experience Cartagena in your own way: with the sea in view, the city within reach, and an interior filled with character.


During your stay, Ocean Bloom will be exclusively available to you and your registered guests. You may use the living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry area, and both balconies. The digital lock provides direct access to the apartment once the building’s required registration process has been completed.

Entry is through the Torre 811 lobby, where reception staff verify the reservation details and the identity of every guest. The building has three elevators and security cameras in its entrances, hallways, and other common areas.

Enjoy the shared rooftop pool and terrace from Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; on Thursdays, the pool opens at 12:00 p.m. The first business day of the week is reserved for maintenance. Hours, capacity, and availability may change by decision of the building administration.

The apartment does not include private parking. A camera-monitored outdoor parking bay is available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Two public parking facilities are also located nearby for guests who prefer an authorized parking space.

If a maintenance issue arises, we will coordinate any necessary access to the apartment with you. In an urgent situation, we will take the steps needed to protect our guests and the property and keep you informed.

Torre 811 reception is operated by the building and is responsible for access control and enforcement of building rules; it does not manage your reservation. Please contact our team directly for any request related to your stay.


Torre 811 is located in Torices, a developing urban residential neighborhood. Marbella Beach is approximately five blocks away, while the airport, San Felipe Castle, and the Historic Center are a short drive from the building, depending on traffic. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and local food options can be found nearby.

The surrounding area may have daytime urban activity, construction, and related noise. At night, the neighborhood is less active than Cartagena’s tourist districts, so we recommend using Uber, InDrive, or an authorized taxi and requesting your ride directly from the lobby.

To help you book with clear expectations, air conditioning is available in the living room and main bedroom. The two secondary bedrooms have fans. Both bathrooms provide hot water.

Pets are allowed. They must be included in the reservation and reported before arrival so the required registration and applicable conditions can be confirmed. Guests are responsible for their pet’s care, cleanup, and any damage caused during the stay.

Visitors are not permitted. Only guests included and registered in the reservation may enter or remain in the apartment.

The apartment does not include private parking. The outdoor parking bay in front of the building is subject to availability, and two public parking facilities are located nearby.

An exterior security camera is installed outside the apartment, facing the main entrance. It may record video and audio from the exterior hallway and does not monitor any area inside the apartment.
