Utility payments (electricity and water) are paid separately according to meter readings. Readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and payment is made for the actual days of stay.

A security deposit of $300 is required upon check-in, payable in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, following an inspection of the property to ensure no damage or loss has occurred.

Cleaning is included in the price (for stays of 7 days or more, once per week), along with pool maintenance and garden upkeep.
