This popular home has been previously listed for over 12 years with Airbnb, with an average rating of 4.87 stars . We (hubby and wife duo) have recently taken on the property and have given it a full make over, providing comfortable, practical and quality furnishings, for all to enjoy.

Built in the 1940s and handcrafted from solid concrete and beautiful hardwood timbers, this much-loved home combines timeless character with modern comfort. It stays lovely and cool throughout summer, and warm and cosy in winter. (Complimentary Firewood)

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stovetop, large fridge with freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. The air-conditioned living room provides a comfortable place to unwind, with a comfortable couch and smart TV.

The home features 2.5 bathrooms, with the upstairs master ensuite offering a shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs, there is a second bathroom with a shower, vanity and large sink basin, along with a separate toilet. The laundry is also located downstairs and includes a washing machine and dryer.

Separate Studio
The separate studio provides an additional space for guests to relax and unwind, featuring a sofa bed as well as toys and games to keep younger guests entertained. These include outdoor toys, including balls, cricket, tennis, badminton, etc.

Unwind on your own private balcony, perfectly set up for lazy mornings and warm evenings alike. Settle into the 4-seater wicker lounge with a coffee in hand, or fire up the 4-burner BBQ and turn dinner into an occasion — the salty sea air does the rest..

You'll have complete access to the entire house, including access to 1 x Single lock-up garage.

Other things to note
*Please note there is construction happening at the back of the home, with a house currently being built. This may result in some noise disruption. The pricing reflects this disruption.

*Pet-friendly for one Dog/Cat upon application. A $50 pet booking fee applies. Please contact us for pre-approval before booking.

*Beach Equipment: Make the most of the nearby beach with complimentary Sun Shade, kayaks, a large beach trolley, boogie boards and basic sandpit toys provided for guests. These are stored behind the studio, with the beach trolley kept inside the studio.

*The home is located in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. Quiet hours apply after 9pm, and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum and respect the surrounding neighbours.

*Schoolies bookings are not accepted.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when accompanied by family as part of a family booking.

*All guests are required to complete a check-in form prior to their stay. Access to the home will only be provided once the form has been completed.
