For a couple relocating to the New York area, two colleagues on the same project, or a family between homes: a 2BR in Cliffside Park, renovated in February 2026, with two queen bedrooms, a desk in the first, a queen sofa bed for a visitor, and free laundry in the building. Stays of 30 nights or more.

Up one flight from the keypad door, the landing is Unit 2's alone. No other apartment opens onto it.

Inside, a coat closet takes the entry and a second closet sits down the hall. The living room holds a sectional, a wall-mounted TV and radiator covers under the windows, and the dining table seats four, which is what turns a rental into somewhere you cook and eat rather than somewhere you reheat.

The kitchen is full size: a stainless refrigerator, a range and oven, an over-range microwave, and a Keurig on the counter.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a dark wood headboard and the desk, with a metal chair and a floor lamp, so calls happen behind a door. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a tufted headboard, two windows and a dresser.

The bathroom came out of the February 2026 renovation: a glass walk-in shower, marble-look tile, a window, and no tub. One thing to know before two colleagues book it: the bathroom has two doors, one from the hallway and one from Bedroom 1, so whoever takes Bedroom 1 gets a shortcut and everyone else uses the hall door.

Laundry is free, shared with the building and open 24 hours, in the basement through the rear door.

Worth knowing before you book. It is a walk-up: one flight of interior stairs, no elevator. There is no dishwasher. Heat is radiators. The laundry room is shared with the other two apartments and is reached from outside rather than from your hallway. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM and we enforce them.
