Safe Haven is a cozy 3BR/2BA Smoky Mountain cabin that sleeps up to 8 guests and offers beautiful mountain views, multiple covered decks, a private hot tub, and a convenient location just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. With bedrooms on both levels and plenty of indoor and outdoor space, it’s a great fit for families, couples, and small groups.

Whether you're visiting for Dollywood, a family vacation, a weekend getaway, or time exploring the mountains, Safe Haven puts you close to the action while still giving you a peaceful place to come home to!



Getting Around:

Navigating to the cabin is easily obtainable with any vehicle, but we always recommend either an AWD or 4WD vehicle when visiting the smokies.

💧 IMPORTANT — WELL WATER



Safe Haven is supplied by WELL WATER, not municipal/city water. The water at the cabin is naturally HARD WATER.



The cabin is equipped with a whole-house filtration system to improve water quality; however, filtration does not make well water identical to city water. Guests may notice characteristics associated with well/hard water, including differences in taste, smell, mineral content, or the way the water feels compared with what they are accustomed to at home.



Please keep this in mind BEFORE BOOKING, particularly if you are sensitive to the taste, smell, or characteristics of well water. We want every guest to be fully aware of this prior to their stay so there are no surprises upon arrival.



By booking Safe Haven, guests acknowledge that the property is supplied by filtered well water and understand that its characteristics may differ from municipal water.



🚗 DRIVEWAY & MOUNTAIN ACCESS



• Roads leading to the cabin are paved.

• Safe Haven has a somewhat steep driveway entrance as it comes off the road.

• Most standard vehicles navigate the driveway without issue, but lowered or low-clearance vehicles may scrape. Please use caution when entering and exiting.

• When exiting the driveway, visibility is partially obstructed by a curve in the road. A safety mirror is installed to assist with visibility.

• Under normal weather conditions, most vehicles should have no trouble accessing the cabin.

• During winter weather or periods of heavy rain, we recommend AWD/4WD when traveling throughout the Smoky Mountains.

• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin

• Gas fireplace is available year-round
