Please avoid booking this property. The service was extremely disappointing, and the overall experience was frustrating.
First of all, when I arrived at the property, I had to wait almost an hour just to check in. According to Booking.com, the standard check-in time was from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. I arrived at around 7:00 PM, which was clearly within their designated check-in hours.
However, when I contacted them through the chat, I was told that the assigned assistant had already left. I sent several messages asking why the assistant had left when it wasn’t even 8:00 PM yet. They eventually told me that someone might arrive around 9:00 PM, which was completely unacceptable because I had an important meeting to attend.
Fortunately, the assistant arrived a few minutes later and apologized, explaining that there had been a signal issue. I also apologized for sending so many messages because I understood that the situation might have been beyond his control.
I then handed over the ₱1,000 security deposit in cash. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the assistant’s name, which I now regret.
The room itself was another huge disappointment.
The bedding was of very poor quality, and the blanket was extremely thin. The kitchen utensils looked old and worn out, and there were visible stains in several areas. Even the microwave hadn’t been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the room wasn’t properly prepared for guests.
The bathroom was also problematic. The shower drain was clogged, so every time I took a shower, water would accumulate on the floor and take a long time to drain. It was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable.
And the worst part? The checkout experience.
When it was time to check out, I contacted them to ask about getting my ₱1,000 security deposit back. They replied with a simple “Good morning,” but after that, they completely stopped responding to my messages and inquiries.
