There was a conflict with my booking since the calendar was not updated from the backend. However, Oliver reached out immediately and provided an alternative solution which we accepted as we did not have much time to make further arrangements. I appreciated this as we were informed right away and a solution was presented. The alternative solution was not bad either. In fact, we had more hours without paying extra.
As for the place, it was spotlessly clean. No stinky smell. Clean sheets, couch and AC was cold. Even the pool was clean. No chemical smell and the water was clear.
If coming to this place, ensure to bring all that you need as there is no nearby store around the area.
518 Hotel is also good. We liked the family room for the accessibility.
Worth the money and will come back in the future.
Mattress was too soft for us but then again we have different preferences.
