The staff members are so professional , helpful and friendly. Melita ,,Palesa and Thabo , they made our stay nice and easy
The place has potential, but several issues affected our stay. The Wi-Fi and air conditioners were not working, the sliding doors needed servicing, and there were weeds growing inside our room. Repairs, replacements and general maintenance are needed.
The staff also appeared to be overstretched, with no relief staff and seemingly working around the clock. Apart from security, the same person seemed to handle reception, cleaning, cooking, site management and maintenance. Management should provide adequate staffing and support.
With some care, regular maintenance and better staff support, this could be a lovely place to stay.
