Welcome to Maison Olivette, a magnificent Provençal villa nestled in the heart of the green hills of the Var, a few steps from the charming village of Flayosc.
Surrounded by about 80 century-old olive trees, Maison Olivette offers a peaceful and authentic setting where one comes above all to enjoy the Provençal sweetness of life: long evenings around a large table, aperitifs under the olive trees, days by the pool and meals prepared together in the open air.
Completely renovated with great care, the property can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people and consists of a main house and a charming detached gîte, ideal for two families, several generations or a group of friends.

The main house – L'Olivette sleeps up to 8 people and has:

Enjoy the large private swimming pool of 12 x 5 meters, sit in the shade of the olive trees, have an aperitif at the pool house bar or prepare a delicious meal together in the outdoor kitchen with plancha/barbecue.

Whether you want to spend your days by the pool, explore the Provençal markets, discover the hilltop villages or simply enjoy a glass of rosé at sunset, Maison Olivette is an invitation to slow down and enjoy life.
Our story
Some dream all their lives of having a home in Provence. Others end up taking the plunge...
This is exactly what happened to Mathias and Anne-Sophie, who have been passionate about Provence for many years.
During a stay in Provence in the summer of 2025, they discovered this property in Flayosc. Mathias, an entrepreneur in the construction sector, immediately saw the work needed... but above all the immense potential of the place.
A few months later, the property became Maison Olivette.
A complete renovation then began, with one idea in mind: to create a house where you could find everything they love about Provence — authenticity, warm materials, wide open spaces to get together, nature and this incomparable sweetness of life.
In the summer of 2026, Maison Olivette is finally opening its doors to its first holidaymakers.
Today, we are happy to be able to share this little corner of Provence with you.
