About this house rental
Welcome to Kinta Panda, a large 230 m² townhouse, nestled in a quiet street in the heart of Honfleur.
Designed for reunions with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 15 travelers and offers large spaces to fully enjoy a stay with others.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large convivial kitchen, a games room with billiards and a home cinema lounge: everyone can enjoy moments together while conserving their space.
And once settled, Honfleur can be discovered on foot: Vieux Bassin, restaurants, shops and historic centre can be reached in a few minutes.
A house made for getting together
Kinta Panda is laid out on two large levels of housing.
On the first floor, the entrance is via a corridor giving direct access to the staircase leading to the first level. There is no living room on this level.
Level 1 – The living areas
You will find:
• a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area;
• a games room with billiards;
• a home cinema lounge;
• a first bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed;
• a laundry room with washing machine and dryer;
• a toilet.
The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and several coffee machines: Nespresso, Senseo and filter coffee maker.
Raclette and pancake machines are also available.
Level 2 – The sleeping area
A second staircase leads to the upper level.
You will find:
• Bedroom 2 – Master suite: 1 Queen size bed, 1 baby bed with bars and private shower room;
• Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed + 2 single beds and en-suite shower room;
• Bedroom 4: 1 queen-size bed + 2 single beds;
• a landing room with 2 beds, particularly suitable for children or teenagers;
• a bathroom with bathtub and massage shower;
• 2 separate toilets.
Modular beds for up to 15 travellers
The 4 bedrooms offer 13 beds, in addition to the 2 beds in the landing room.
The house also has two sofa beds, making it easier to adapt the distribution of beds to the composition of your group. For example, they offer the possibility for a couple to have a different space rather than sharing a family room.�PGJyPgThey do not increase the capacity of the house: Kinta Panda welcomes a maximum of 15 guests, excluding babies, regardless of the distribution chosen.
With its 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, the house allows large tribes to stay together in good conditions of comfort.
Honfleur at your feet
Location is one of the great assets of Kinta Panda.
You are staying in a quiet street while being in the heart of Honfleur. The Vieux Bassin, restaurants, shops, galleries and the narrow streets of the historic centre can be reached within a few minutes' walk.
The Butin beach is also easily accessible and the house is an excellent starting point for exploring Deauville, Trouville, the Côte Fleurie and the Pays d'Auge.
What to know before you bookPGJyPg�PGJyPg 🚗 Parking
Kinta Panda does not have a private parking lot.
There are a few public parking spaces right in front of the house. However, they are very sought after and their availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Naturospace parking lot is about a 5-6 minute walk away. Its upper part currently offers an indicative flat rate of €8 per day.
Other public parking lots are available in Honfleur. In our welcome booklet you will find a map of the different parking options and their prices in order to easily prepare your arrival.
Once your car is parked, Vieux Bassin, restaurants, shops and the historic centre can be discovered on foot.
🛏️ Linen
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of the booking.
You can bring your own linen or choose our linen service at a rate of €10 TTC per person.
Please let us know your choice before your arrival so that we can prepare the house accordingly.
♿ Accessibility
Kinta Panda is a high-rise townhouse.
From the entrance, it is necessary to climb a first staircase to access the living areas and the first bedroom, then a second staircase to reach the upper level. This second staircase is quite steep.
The house is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility or people who have significant difficulties with stairs.
For families
A cot with bars, installed in the master suite, as well as a high chair are at your disposal.
Animals
Clean and well-behaved animals are welcome, under the responsibility of their owners.
