About this house rental
Set on a private 3-hectare riverside estate with no neighbors, this 18th-century renovated mill offers complete privacy. Enjoy fast fiber-optic internet, a 4K TV, an ice maker, chilled filtered water, and spacious beds (160x200 cm). The canal, a branch of the river, flows beneath the terrace, providing views of the river and Château de la Gabie.
Take the stairs from the terrace down to the island: let your dogs run and play, go fishing, relax on a sun lounger, or take a refreshing swim in the river.
At night, the area is wonderfully dark—perfect for stargazing, so feel free to bring your telescope.
The mill features 90 m² of living space with a lounge and two bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker and washing machine for a comfortable extended stay. There’s a dedicated workspace for remote work and a game console for rainy-day entertainment.
Outdoors, enjoy a private garden, a covered terrace, and an open balcony terrace. The barbecue is ready for relaxing evenings. Pets are welcome. On-site parking and a garage space are available. Beach towels and bike storage are provided. The houses behind the mill are unused, so you’ll enjoy complete tranquility.
