Linens & Towels Policy

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We also offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If you want to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Linen Rental Pricing
King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets)
Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set)
(towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel)

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: 2 Queens
• Bedroom 2: 2 Queens
• Bedroom 3: 2 Queens
• Bedroom 4: Double/Double Bunk Bed

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware, trash bags.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
* A starter pack which includes a small bottle of dish soap, small amount of dishwasher soap, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
• Coffee filters
• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
