The Space:
The studio features Wi-Fi, a comfortable queen-size bed, a 49" LG Smart TV with cable channels and Netflix, air conditioning, wardrobes with hangers and drawers, a kitchen with a double-door refrigerator, an electric induction cooktop, pans with magnetic bottoms for induction, a microwave, a coffee maker, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and wine glasses.
USB outlets for direct charging of cell phones.
Excellent bathroom thanks to central heating. Hot/cold single-lever faucets in the bathroom, powder room, and kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests can access and use all common areas, including the pool, sauna, gym, laundry, and games room. The study room and party room are not available to our guests.
Our studio does not have a parking space in the building's garage, but we have had success renting spaces from other studios for prices between BRL$30 and BRL$50 per night. We can provide an accurate quote after you make your reservation and express interest.
The Neighborhood:
Praça da República is the landmark of São Paulo's new city center, marked by architectural icons such as the Edifício Itália, the Copan building, the Edifício Esther, and the Escola Caetano de Campos, currently occupied by the State Department of Education.
Downtown República boasts modern and sophisticated gastronomy in its surroundings, such as Bar da Dona Onça, Casa do Porco, Z Deli Sanduicheria, Esther Rooftop, Mundo Pão do Olivier, La Casserole, O Gato que Ri, as well as Bar Brahma on the famous corner of Avenida São João and Avenida Ipiranga.
Getting Around:
The República Metro Station provides access to Line 3 (Red) (Barra Funda/Sé/Itaquera) and Line 4 (Yellow) (Luz/Vila Sonia). Use the access from Rua do Arouche.
Bus lines at Praça da República connect to many parts of the city. The Moovit app helps you find the best public transport options.
