You will enjoy a corner sofa, a connected TV, a large table for 8 people for your meals. A standing table (4 stools) is also provided in front of the bay window.
1 toilet is also available downstairs (in addition to the one upstairs).
The kitchen is also redone with all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, new oven confan and steam, induction hob, the necessary crockery and utensils, a DeLonghi bean coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a built-in fridge + 1 combined fridge/freezer in the garage, 1 washing machine and a microwave).PGJyPgPGJyPg
The house is semi-detached by a closed part that also belongs to us so no worries for your peace of mind. The gate access is shared but that's all. I live alone in the house facing opposite and am away during the day, no vis-à-vis either. I will of course be at your disposal if you have any questions but if not, you won't even know I'm here!

The region offers you a multitude of activities. The Natura 2000 site of Mousterlin is 3km away with long walks behind the beach. You can go to Beg Meil by bike or on foot along the marked trails or by the beach.
You will have a breathtaking view of the Glénan Islands.

A lively region all summer long, 5 kms from the house: Bénodet with a departure of boats for the Glénan Islands, its concerts, its Trez beach, its terraces where you can eat or have a drink by the water, on the port. You will also enjoy its cinema and its Casino. The small port of Ste Marine opposite Bénodet is an exotic and charming place. You can take the boat to the Glénan Islands.

10 kms from the superb city of Quimper, with its cobblestones, its half-timbered houses, its historic centre, its earthenware museum, the unmissable St Corentin cathedral, its shops and terraces.
