Set in the beautiful beachfront community of Costalita on Estepona’s New Golden Mile, this bright and comfortable two-bedroom apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol. Surrounded by tropical gardens and just moments from the beach, guests can enjoy a large communal swimming pool, peaceful landscaped surroundings and direct access towards Playa del Saladillo. The apartment also features a private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area, creating a lovely setting for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sunshine, and enjoying the mountain views.
Inside, the apartment offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area with plenty of natural light. The living room includes comfortable sofas, a TV and large glass doors opening directly onto the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and plenty of storage space. Just off the kitchen is a separate utility area with a washing machine and additional sink.
