About this house rental
Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful coastal home, just a 3-minute walk from West Wittering Beach. With four bedrooms, private driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles, an enclosed garden, stylish interiors and plenty of space to relax and entertain, West Tide is the perfect base for a seaside getaway.
The kitchen features a central island with four stools, a fully equipped Everhot range oven with induction hob, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The dining table seats up to 10 guests when extended, and the comfortable lounge has a flatscreen TV.
There are four bedrooms, all with a double bed or larger. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a US king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with double shower and bath. Downstairs, there is one UK double, one US king-size and one UK king-size bedroom, sharing a large family bathroom. There’s also an additional WC in the utility room.
Outside, the fully enclosed garden gives children and dogs plenty of room to play, with a ping pong table, outdoor seating and space for croquet, BBQs and relaxing in the sunshine. There’s also a garden gym and outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
The location is hard to beat, with the beach just a 3-minute stroll away. East Wittering village is also within easy reach, with independent cafés, great coffee and cakes, local shops and places to eat. East Head sand dunes and Bracklesham Bay are just a short 5–10 minute drive away.
Whether you’re planning beach days, coastal walks with the dog, lazy lunches or sunset strolls, West Tide is a wonderful base for enjoying the Witterings.
