A restaurant, a kiosk, and various recreational activities provide additional comfort and variety. Starting right from the vacation village, numerous hiking and walking trails invite you to discover the charming landscape of the Southern Black Forest—whether you’re on a family vacation, enjoying a relaxing getaway for two, or taking an active break in nature. OFI-109 - Detached vacation home with private garden:
This detached 3-bedroom vacation home on two levels is ideal for anyone who values peace and quiet, privacy, and a wide range of amenities during their vacation. The enclosed and largely secluded property creates a pleasant retreat, while the sunny terrace—protected from prying eyes and the wind—invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Free Wi-Fi and wired Internet access are available throughout your stay. On the lower level is the cozy living area with a Full HD LCD TV with digital reception, a DVD player, and a radio and CD player. A rocking chair invites you to sit back and relax. The separate dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and cozy evenings. The modern and fully equipped kitchen leaves little to be desired. Amenities include an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker with a keep-warm carafe, Senseo coffee pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, bread maker, and egg cooker. Also on the lower level are a separate guest restroom and a convenient storage room. Among other things, an iron, ironing board, cushions for the patio furniture, a parasol, and a sun lounger are available for your use. On the upper level, you’ll find the entryway with a coat rack, shoe rack, and mirror. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Adjustable slatted frames ensure extra sleeping comfort, and a roller shade allows you to darken the room comfortably. An in-cabinet safe is also available for your valuables. The second bedroom, which is also ideal as a children’s room, features two single beds with adjustable slatted frames. Here, too, the window can be darkened with a roller shade. An additional table set provides space for playing, reading, or drawing. A dedicated LCD TV rounds out the amenities in this room. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, was renovated and modernized in 2024. A bathroom stool and a hair dryer are also provided. Families with small children will appreciate the provided travel crib, high chair, and stair gate. Carpet has been intentionally omitted throughout the entire vacation home.
