In the countryside, in the town of Bléruais, this cottage of 73 m² has been set up at one end of our stone and earth farmhouse, typical of the region.
40 minutes from Rennes and Dinan, about 1 hour from the Emerald Coast (Pléneuf val André, Erquy, Saint Malo) and the Gulf of Morbihan (Vannes).
Nearby: Paimpont, lake of Trémélin (swimming), the various sites of the forest of Brocéliande, museum of the Forge in St Malon, Vélorail in Médréac ....
We share with the occupants of the cottage our 14 m long swimming pool, heated in season (depending on the weather, at least from June 10 to September 20)
Private south-facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, indoor and outdoor games.
Heating: wood stove.
Designed for 4 people, this cottage can accommodate up to 6 people (sofa bed in the living room).
