About this house rental
Welcome to our family home – 12 people – Fireplace – Boulodrome – Games room – Large Terrace – Hiking start.
It is nestled in the heart of the Hohwald, a preserved natural site between forests, vineyards and typical villages. Ideal for family reunions, it offers a warm and functional setting just a stone's throw from the most beautiful hiking trails in Alsace and renowned local restaurants.
A ski resort is 15 minutes away as well as many Christmas markets in winter

A spacious and bright house, perfect for group holidays or family reunions. Carefully renovated, it combines modern comfort (central heating, double glazing) and a warm atmosphere thanks to its fireplace.
🔹 On the first floor: you will find a large entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher), a cosy living room with fireplace and an adjacent dining room, a bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people, a large bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
🔹 On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms for 10 people
- Bedroom 1: children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200cm)
- Bedroom 2: kingsize bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3: family room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a small reading area
🌿 Outside: Terrace, garden and bowling alley
- Large wooden terrace (40 m²)
- Sheltered place for meals, tables and chairs for 12 people + 2 sunbeds.
- Boules and badminton available on site.
🎱 Basement: Games room for rainy days (or not)
- Table tennis table (rackets and balls provided).
- Billiards (balls and cues provided).PGJyPg
You will find in our house different board games, children's games, books, comics (in German and French) that you have the freedom to use.
The house also has a TV and WIFI.
Private parking for 2 cars outside the house. Possibility to park a car in the garage if necessary.
Access: 10 minutes from Barr (capital of Alsace wines), 30 minutes from Obernai, 45 minutes from Strasbourg and 50 minutes from Colmar. The Champ du Feu, a small ski resort located at an altitude of 1000m, is 15 minutes away by car (sledging, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing when the snow conditions allow it)
